We serve the South Wales area, including CF and NP postcodes, and offer RICS Level2 Home Buyer Surveys and RICS Level 3 Building Surveys.
You will receive a range of clearly presented options tailored for homebuyers concerned about a property's condition. Please note that we do not provide property valuations with our surveys or separately.

This report is the most popular and is designed if you need more extensive information whilst buying or selling a conventional house, flat or bungalow, built from normal building materials and in reasonable condition.
The Home Insight Survey has been designed to deliver clear and independent insight from the moment a property is listed, with the aim of speeding up sales, cutting fall-throughs, supporting compliance and encouraging transparency.
This report focuses its attention on older or run-down properties, buildings that are unusual or altered, or where major building works are planned. It costs more than other RICS reports since it includes detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property.
